4. Playground Slide Recall

Although you won?t have this product at home, it?s important to be aware of this recall as your local park or school playground may have a slide that?s affected. Check out the Health Canada site for more details if you see the slide pictured below in your neighbourhood. Children can easily fall from this slide putting them at risk of injury.

5. Honda Grass Trimmer Recall

The?Honda HHT35 Trimmer??has been recalled as the shaft can crack causing the lower gear case and cutting attachment to detach. This poses a danger to both the operator and bystanders. Affected trimmers were sold from August 2006-February 2012 and can be identified by the?model number HHT35SUKCT and serial numbers between HAHA1002317 and HAHA1014741 (Okay, totally a side comment here, but those are pretty hilarious identification numbers considering the product was recalled. And yes, I?m one of those people who notices these sorts of things).

If you own one of these trimmers, stop using it and take it to your local Honda Power Equipment dealer for a free inspection and repair. You can also contact Honda Canada at 1-888-9HONDA9 (946-6329).
